I am an experienced and highly driven education professional with genuine enthusiasm and extensive experience working with both adults and young people. Coming from a background of teaching in a specialised independent school, I came across a wide range of learning needs that drew my attention to the importance of tailored teaching and individualised support. 

 

My approach is always to adjust the lessons and learning targets to each student’s individual needs by focusing on a lesson plan that meets the students' personality and method of learning to ensure that all students succeed fulfill their academic potential.

I enjoy teaching and to be a part of a young person’s education and personal development gives me great pleasure and sense of achievement. I have developed very good relationships with the young people I have worked with, which makes an incredible difference in their motivation and academic progress. I am an excellent communicator and have very good interpersonal skills. Being determined to promote the education and well-being of students at all times I thrive to ensure lessons are a fun and comfortable learning environment.
